A bit of juice overflow means that you have very happy yeast, and that your fermentation is super successful! Congrats! A lot of foaming indicates the same thing.
To avoid the mess, you'll just need a little more space at the top for the wine to foam into.
You can go ahead and dump out the juice from the airlock, then pour out about a cup of the wine inside the bottle. Then, fill the airlock with water, and put it back on!
During fermentation, gasses are produced that can make your wine spill over the top, if it doesn't have enough room to foam.
