Now that your juice is on its way to becoming wine, it might not smell like juice anymore. Common smells are bread, flowers.... and even eggs. These smells are all natural byproducts of fermentation! In fact, their presence actually means that your fermentation is working well!
Not to worry — bad smells are not indicative of the taste, and they’ll go away during the next steps.
