I have questions about my order (shipping, etc.)

Send us an email to hello@getbrewsy.com and we'll get back to you within 24 hours or sooner. 

Don't worry:

- If your shipment is lost and tracking hasn't updated within a week, we'll resend it. If both orders arrive, you can keep both!

-If your order arrived damaged at all, we will replace whatever was broken! No need to send anything back.

Our winemakers are available via text and email to help you with any and all questions you have about your cider, mead, or wine. And we love questions. We'll help you with anything... even relationship advice 😉
